History, Highways, and Haunts, LLC
Rugby is a Victorian village that was founded in 1880 and is located on Tennessee’s Cumberland Plateau. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, the National Trust for Historic Preservation calls Rugby “one of the most authentically preserved historic villages in America”. History, Highways, and Haunts, LLC has partnered with this historic location as the sole provider of after dark tours and events. During our tours, guests will be guided through some of the original buildings and structures within the village, all the while hearing the history, legends, and ghost stories that surround this historic and haunting site.
